Question 1 : What happens if I don't pick up my package?
Answer : Unclaimed packages will be charged for shipping to you plus the return shipping to us.
Question 2 : Do you have a return policy?
Answer : We offer a one-month return policy for stocked items. However, items specifically ordered for you are not eligible for returns. If you're unsure, feel free to ask before placing your order.
Question 3 : What are your delivery times?
Answer : For orders received before 12:00 and items in stock, we strive to ship the same day. If an item is not in stock, it typically takes 5-10 days before we can ship your package. Most items we import ourselves are ordered on Fridays at 16:00 and shipped out the following Monday. If an item is on backorder, we'll inform you as soon as we receive the information.
Question 4 : How can I have my packages delivered?
Answer : We ship with DHL Express and FedEx, so if you're a private customer, it will be delivered to the nearest Service Point or direct to you. If you're a business customer, we can ship as a business package. You can also choose to pick up your order at our location, Virkesgatan 5 in Söderköping.
Question 5 : I'm in a hurry.
Answer : We understand that most people want to get back on the water quickly during peak season. That's why we offer expedited handling and retrieval of your items. Choose Express as the shipping method, and we'll do everything we can to expedite your delivery.
