**General Terms & Conditions:**

You must be 18 years or older to place an order. All prices include VAT (vat is changed in checkout according to shipping country). Shipping costs are additional. All orders placed online are binding. We reserve the right for any possible sell-outs as well as errors in prices and texts.

**Prices and Payment:**

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. At checkout, you can see the total price including VAT, any fees, and applied discounts.

Ordering and paying through Powersportparts.eu is safe and simple. We provide the following payment options (all options are not available in all countries):

- Direct payment via your Internet bank
- Qliro invoice with a 14-day payment term
- Qliro Account and Qliro Installment Payment
- Card payment with VISA or MasterCard

Each completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation is providing an incorrect email address during the order process or the order confirmation being automatically sorted into spam. You are responsible to verify your customer information when you checkout.

Additional delays will result in a statutory collection fee.

**QLIRO ACCOUNT & INSTALLMENT PAYMENT:**

When choosing installment payment, you will receive immediate feedback on whether your application has been approved, and we can process your purchase immediately. If your application is not approved, you can go back and choose an alternative payment method.

You can have one or more ongoing installment purchases, and Qliro consolidates them into a monthly invoice sent to you via email in the middle of each month. You can pay off your entire remaining debt at any time during the installment period.

**CARD PAYMENT:**

Card payments are made through systems that meet the requirements of the PCI-DSS security standard. For information about your payment, contact Qliro via the contact details at https://www.qliro.com/. You can choose to pay the entire order value with a debit or credit card. Currently, we accept VISA, Mastercard. There is no additional card fee. Credit card payments are processed by our payment partner Qliro to ensure quick and secure payment. For increased security, we use 3D-Secure, a global security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard for online payments.

Here's how it works:

- Select Credit Card as the payment method at checkout. You will be directed to Qliro's secure payment server.
- Choose the type of credit card, enter the card number, expiration date, the card's security code (CVV), and the cardholder's name.
- Please note that when using a virtual card, you should specify a validity period of at least two months.
- A check is performed to ensure that the card details are correct and that there are sufficient funds for the purchase.
- The purchase amount is initially reserved on your account.
- The reserved amount is transferred to the "Store" when the goods are dispatched from the warehouse.

**DIRECT BANK PAYMENT WITH TRUSTLY:**

Shop and pay directly from your bank account. Banks supported by Trustly: SEB, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Länsförsäkringar, Danske Bank, Skandia, ICA Banken, and Forex Bank.

Here's how it works:

- Select Trustly as the payment option at checkout.
- Enter the bank you use and

then identify yourself with BankID or a security code over a secure and encrypted connection.
- Then choose the account you want to pay from (e.g., savings account or salary account) and confirm the purchase.

**Shipping of Bulky Items:**

For example, docks, trailers, and other bulky items that are long or heavy (over 25kg), the shipping cost is invoiced afterwards when we know the cost. To know cost before purschase please contact us.

**Warranty & Complaints:**

Most of our range is classified as aftermarket parts, which means we guarantee that the product is free of defects upon delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product will last for a certain period because we cannot know if it is correctly installed or used correctly way.

However, we always aim to have satisfied customers and handle cases on an individual basis if products break within a year. Therefore, please contact us directly if you feel that the product has broken unusually quickly or has not met your expectations. Warranty claims are valid for 3 years.

We disclaim all compensation claims where a part we have sold has broken and caused other damage; we only compensate for the part we have sold that has broken.

Replacement engines always have a 1-year warranty against any faults, even if you have caused any breakdowns yourself. However, additional shipping costs to the factory will be added.

For complaints, please contact us first to obtain a return number and shipping label. A copy of the invoice and an explanation of the complaint must always be included with the package. The package must be marked with our return number. The complaint is not approved until we have checked the item. In case of an approved complaint, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible in the same way it was paid. Items returned without the customer contacting us for a return number will not be processed. In the event of a dispute regarding a purchase from a private individual, we follow the recommendations of the Consumer Complaints Board. Disputes between companies are settled by general courts in Sweden.

**Right of Withdrawal:**

According to law, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within a period of 14 days from the invoice date. Open purchase requires an unbroken package, and no damage must be found on the product. This does not apply to special-order items, software, or specially manufactured items. It is especially important to double-check that you are ordering the correct part, especially when ordering original parts via exploded views.

**Out of Stock Products:**

If the product is out of stock, it is a special order item. Purchase the product, and we will order it from our supplier and deliver it as soon as we have it in stock. Orders to our suppliers are usually placed between Thursday and Friday and arrive in our warehouse on the Monday of the following week. We always deliver the entire order at once; if you want something first, you need to inform us.

**Transport Damage:**

Visible damage to the goods must be reported directly to the distributor upon receipt. After that, please contact us.

**GDPR - Data Collection:**

We need to store and process personal data about you, such as name, address, telephone number, email, IP address (when purchasing via our websites), registration number (when purchasing an ATV or trailer), and in some cases, personal identity number. The purpose of such processing is to manage your transactions with us, such as invoices and orders, and also in the future to obtain invoices and history of your orders.

We have received your information from you when you visited us in our store, when you called us, or placed an order through our e-commerce platforms. If you do not want to provide us with your information, in some cases, we can issue an anonymous receipt, but when purchasing a new machine from us, we need your personal information according to the law. We always apply the applicable privacy legislation in all processing of personal data. The legal basis for processing your personal data is with your consent, and you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Your data will be stored as long as you are a customer with us.

The personal data we process about you is not shared with anyone else. However, we may also share your personal data with a third party if we are required to do so by law. However, we will never transfer your data to a country outside the EU.
