What is the purpose of the safety line on a PWC? It goes from your wrist or PDF to the device's power off button. You must always have the line attached to your person during operation. If you should accidentally fall off the PWC, the engine will shut off when the line is released from the kill switch, making recovery much easier. Security is the main issues here.
