The most capable belts, purposely-built for the way Polaris Heavy-Duty customers ride. HD CVT Belts are designed to maximize the performance and ultimate durability of Polaris off-road vehicles. The drive belt, also known as a CVT belt (continuously variable transmission belt), is a key component of ATV, UTV and SxS transmission systems. The enhanced rubber material compound in these belts keep them cool in extreme heat while our patented cord treatment process maximizes the transfer of horsepower to the ground for those customers hauling heavy loads. HD Drive Belts (CVT Belts) run cooler and handle greater wear and tear under all weather conditions. No clutch recalibration required. This means longer ride times with less service interruptions. We developed this belt in collaboration with the powertrain and clutch engineers to ensure 100% customer confidence in maximizing the performance and ultimate durability of their ride.

  • Polaris HD Drive Belt: OEM HD Drive Belt, Part 3212331, is designed to run cooler and handle greater wear and tear under all weather conditions. No clutch recalibration required.
  • Heavy Duty: Designed and tested to run cooler—even at high RPMs. The enhanced rubber material compound in our HD CVT Belts keeps them cool in extreme heat for maximum heat resistance and dissipation.
  • Unrivaled Durability: Our patented cord treatment process maximizes the transfer of horsepower to the ground for those hauling heavy loads.
  • Extreme Conditions: Polaris HD Parts deliver top performance to expand the boundaries of your ride. Tackle extreme conditions such as: dust, mud, extreme cold/heat, heavy payloads and extended life.
  • Extensive Testing: Polaris Belts receive 40,000 miles of field testing, thousands of dyno hours, 18+ months of development (13,000+ design hours) per CVT belt, 1500+ vehicle validation hours, and collaboration with powertrain and clutch engineers.
